What You'll Do:
- Lead small and midsize projects, supporting the CEO on larger ones from design through construction administration.
- Own communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams, plus track schedules and budgets.
- Manage construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
What You Bring:
- Licensed architect with 10+ years of experience and strong Revit skills.
- Deep technical detailing and trade coordination expertise.
- Clear communication and project ownership mindset.
