Job Summary:
- You will collect, validate, and submit reliable data to clinical registries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- You will provide content expertise to clinical teams and committees on program and registry requirements.
- You will identify opportunities for refinement and support quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify patients in clinical registries through strict criteria and protocols.
- Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection.
- Collaborate with clinical departments on performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or related field with three years of clinical or registry experience.
- Or a diploma from an accredited nursing school or Allied Healthcare certification with five years of experience.
- Or an Associate's degree in a related field with five years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Current valid state RN license (may be required for some positions).
- Previous transplant experience.
