Job Summary:

  • You will collect, validate, and submit reliable data to clinical registries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will provide content expertise to clinical teams and committees on program and registry requirements.
  • You will identify opportunities for refinement and support quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify patients in clinical registries through strict criteria and protocols.
  • Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection.
  • Collaborate with clinical departments on performance improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or related field with three years of clinical or registry experience.
  • Or a diploma from an accredited nursing school or Allied Healthcare certification with five years of experience.
  • Or an Associate's degree in a related field with five years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Current valid state RN license (may be required for some positions).
  • Previous transplant experience.
