Revenue Cycle Enrollment Specialist

Position Summary:

• Coordinate, complete, and monitor provider/facility payer credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
• Process credentialing applications, verify information, and load into online database system.
• Track license and certification expirations to ensure timely renewals and resolve inquiries.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collect and prepare data for credentials review for providers and facility payer enrollments.
• Work with providers and department leaders to obtain missing information and process changes.
• Perform delegated credentialing and maintain files on licensure, malpractice, and certifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; CPCS or CPMSM certification required within two years.
• Two years healthcare experience; payer credentialing experience preferred.
