Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the maintenance of structures and processes which support improvement.
  • Enables the collection, storage, and analysis of improvement and safety data.
  • Enables compliance with external regulatory agency requirements.

Consultation & Collaboration:

  • Uses clinical knowledge in formal consultation to address clinical quality and safety concerns.
  • Participates in clinical adverse event task groups.
  • Participates in the development of strategies to perform in-depth data collection.

Support & Improvement:

  • Supports value improvement and patient safety across the Dartmouth-Hitchcock system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
