Job Description

The Project Manager in Accounting Operations will be the central point of coordination for accounting-related projects, ranging from process improvements and system integrations to automation and reporting enhancements. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 20+ accounting and operations projects, designing and implementing scalable processes to reduce errors, and partnering with data, engineering, and product teams to design and deploy automated tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams like Country Finance Managers and Senior Finance Managers, overseeing testing and implementation of new tools, and maintaining project trackers. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting operations for multinational companies, knowledge of ERP systems, and experience with M&A accounting integrations.
