As the Interim Director of DevSecOps, you will help build, execute, and communicate Plooto’s Engineering Vision. You will lead our DevOps, Security, and IT teams in managing the company’s most complex and critical systems, ensuring they align with business strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, allocate resources, and deliver on commitments. As a people leader, you will provide mentorship and career growth opportunities to your direct reports, while leading by example in fostering a culture of automation, security, uptime, scalability, and cost efficiency.
