Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager at Alto will lead a FinOps team that owns and oversees day-to-day financial operations for all of Alto. This leader will ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of incoming and outgoing transactions, investment execution, and transaction reconciliations. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, safeguarding financial integrity, and supporting Alto as we go through the next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has proven experience in financial technology or financial services, with expertise in investments, payments, or banking operations. This leader will strategically improve processes, remove manual steps, and create systems to add leverage to the platform and service clients at scale.
