Job Description
We are looking for a SENIOR Engineer with strong Rust & P2P experience to join Nomos's team. You will implement and optimize decentralized P2P protocols for network infrastructure. You will also build production-level P2P network components based on technical specifications and develop proof-of-concepts for peer-to-peer communication layers.
Responsibilities include engineering resilient distributed systems for Byzantine fault-tolerant environments, analyzing and optimizing real-world P2P network performance (latency, throughput, node scalability), and maintaining and enhancing the Rust-based P2P networking stack.
