Job Description

Drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic partner initiatives, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing the impact of our partnerships. Lead and coach a team of 6 partner managers, marketing and billing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure efficient and scalable processes and develop your team members accordingly. Identify market opportunities, win new partners (hunt), develop and engage partners (farm) to ensure growth. Identify and address partner needs and challenges, proactively seeking product/tech solutions. Develop pricing and negotiate partnership agreements. Provide market insights and feedback from partners as well as partner performance tracking to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
