Corporate Paralegal

Match Group is seeking a motivated and talented Corporate Paralegal to navigate corporate governance and public company reporting-related matters. Reporting to the VP, Corporate and Securities Counsel, you will support compliance with U.S. securities laws, shareholder meeting processes, and corporate governance practices. You will also manage subsidiary corporate governance matters, maintain corporate records, and assist in corporate transactions. The team is collaborative, resourceful, committed, dependable, energetic and comprised of creative problem-solvers.
