Senior Medical Scribe / Charting Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

Charting and Medical Scribing:

• Create accurate and comprehensive medical documentation.
• Ensure that all patient interactions, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions are properly recorded.
• Review charts for completeness and follow clinical documentation standards.

Real-Time Note-Taking During Phone Calls:

• Join phone calls with the Nurse Practitioner and patients to document symptoms, concerns, medical history updates, and treatment notes.
• Capture key information clearly and concisely to assist the provider in delivering efficient patient care.
• Organize notes promptly after each call to ensure smooth charting and record-keeping.

Documentation Management Using OneDrive:

• Upload, organize, and maintain patient documentation securely in OneDrive.
• Ensure files are labeled correctly and stored following the client’s folder structure and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain proper version control and ensure no duplication or missing data occurs.
