Contract Lead Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform product roadmaps and prototypes.
• Communicate directly with startup founders, leading project meetings and co-deciding on key product solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and the design team to define user problems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Lead Product Designer, ideally in fast-growing SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, product strategy, and design thinking.
• Experience in lean/agile environments (startup, product, agency, studio).
