Analytics Engineering Manager, Data Platform & Governance

Role Overview:

• Take ownership of data governance, quality, and platform reliability across a multi-brand business.
• Define and drive the data platform roadmap, ensuring source data, pipelines, metrics, dashboards, and AI tools are accurate and secure.
• Lead the migration to Lightdash and strengthen the semantic layer for reliable self-service analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the data platform and governance roadmap, balancing stakeholder needs with scalability and reliability.
• Establish automated data quality and freshness monitoring, and manage data incidents through resolution.
• Govern event tracking, data lineage, and access controls to ensure security and consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data platform management.
• Strong technical expertise in Amazon Redshift, dbt, Airflow, and SQL.
• Experience with BI governance, event tracking platforms, and AI-powered tooling.

Benefits:
