Role Impact:
- Take charge of editing from raw footage to upload-ready ad across Meta and TikTok Shop.
- Create multiple script variants with different hooks to improve thumb-stop and hold rates.
- Localize content for US and DE markets with subtitles and voice-overs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Edit 2-4 projects per week, cutting 1-5 scripts per project with varied hooks and body.
- Manage end-to-end workflow across ClickUp, Notion, and Frame with up to two feedback loops.
- Select footage from the content database and bring in fresh material to avoid repetition.
