Principal ML Engineer

As the Principal ML Engineer, you'll be the technical visionary for personalization and optimization systems. This individual contributor role requires a deep technical expert to define ML architecture, solve our hardest technical challenges, and influence ML strategy across the company. You will design company-wide personalization architecture and strategy and solve complex technical challenges such as cold start, exploration/exploitation, and real-time learning. You will also research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques, define standards and patterns used across all ML teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor senior engineers, and represent the company in the external ML community.
