Job Description
The Senior Performance Analyst will develop a strong business and technical understanding of services and data, interpreting medical, provider, and pharmacy claims data to assess trends and opportunities. They will work with internal and external partners to understand business requirements, provide analysis and feedback, and demonstrate a strong understanding of data collection, delivery, and validation. The role involves serving as a liaison between Operations, Research & Development, and IT to guide improvement and educate staff.
Additionally, the analyst will contribute to activities such as analysis, planning, design, development, and testing of workflows and tools. They will create complex queries, analyze results, and prepare business requirements for changes in process/system functionality. The analyst will also train and mentor team members, utilizing advanced analytical ability to evaluate data and make recommendations regarding process and data improvements.
