Senior Analyst, Customer Insights

The Senior Analyst will join the Customer Insights team. This role involves creation of high value analytics and reporting for Arcadia customers. The ideal candidate loves data and wants to make a difference. This role will develop data models to support Behavioral Health performance monitoring at a population level and deliver customer facing dashboards. You will also help support project management, road mapping, and analytics product ideation for multiple customers and collaborate with talented colleagues. You will contribute to high visibility, high impact customer innovation in Behavioral Healthcare monitoring at massive scale. You will analyze large data sets on Arcadia’s custom data model built by analysts for analysts and create value add IP, including predictive models, and quickly distribute it to Arcadia customers, supporting a variety of customers in the healthcare space.
