Social Media Lead

Okta is seeking a Social Media Lead to be in charge of Auth0’s Social Media Strategy, tell the Auth0 story to developers across all of the Auth0 social channels and maintain a vibrant community and conversations across developer-related channels. You will lead a Social Media Manager and have the support of the Developer-Led Growth org, including the Developer Relations team. You will develop one-of-a-kind global campaigns, and create and execute on a social strategy. They are working to significantly grow the reach and quality of our social presence this year and you will be a pivotal part of this expansion. Responsibilities include defining and executing Auth0’s global social media strategy including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, crafting creative, on-brand content for Auth0’s owned social accounts, developing processes and best practices to scale our social media function, working closely with internal partners to ensure cross-promotional efforts remain on brand, and monitoring the competitive landscape and make recommendations for innovative campaigns.
