Plan, lead, and execute cross-company marketing and growth strategies to increase monthly active users, engaged usage, and love for the Mode family of apps. Take end-to-end ownership of both strategy and execution in areas that present challenges but have great potential for incremental growth and revenue. Create dynamic in-product campaigns that surprise, delight, and engage users. Establish a unified messaging strategy that supports the core user journey, identifying opportunities to thoughtfully engage our users, minimize distractions, and deflect churn to drive business and user KPIs Apply deep understanding of consumer psychology and storytelling to influence user behavior and trigger conversion events.
