Data Analytics Manager, Financial Health

Manage a team of Data Analysts and work closely with the Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists in an agile product environment. Champion the use of data and bring ideas to life through a rigorous analytical approach. Work will focus on improving the support offered to customers in financial difficulty, ensure operational processes are well controlled and regulatory requirements are met. Key responsibilities include: building a discipline of exceptional Data Analysts, collaborating with senior leaders, bringing data leadership and rigor to product development, defining the long term strategy of the team, developing dashboards and metrics, ensuring accurate reporting, and improving data accuracy and efficiency. Generate insights that can change the direction of the Financial Health strategy.
