What you will do:
- Lead development programs through the Systems Engineering process using MBSE approaches that support DoD Digital Engineering goals.
- Lead teams and implement rigorous MBSE approaches using SysML in Cameo (MagicDraw), while mentoring and training Systems Engineers.
- Collaborate with domain experts and software development teams to realize program designs and digital engineering objectives.
Who you are:
- You hold an active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, and are a U.S. citizen.
- You have a BS, MS, or PhD in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field, with 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience using SysML in Cameo and experience with software-intensive systems and open architectures.
Nice to haves:
- Active Top Secret clearance and 10+ years architecting systems with system modeling tools.
- Domain expertise in radar, electronic warfare, acoustic, antenna apertures, or cyber-physical systems.
- Proficiency in Java, C/C++, or Python, and familiarity with open system architectures like OMS.
