- You'll lead a small engineering team driving features and technical improvements at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Lead engineering team to deliver roadmap features balancing quality, velocity, risk.
- Own feature delivery from scoping to release, ensuring reliability and polish.
- Partner with product, design, art, QA to align execution with business goals.
Who You Are:
- 3-5+ years Roblox game dev experience, 1+ years leading a team of 3+.
- Mastery of Roblox development and strong technical judgment.
- Experience monitoring live game performance and coordinating cross-functionally.
