About the Role:
- Serve as a senior technical leader across Engineering.
- Improve architecture, scalability, reliability, and engineering quality across our systems.
- Create leverage across Engineering.
What you'll be working on:
- Improving architecture across backend services and platform infrastructure.
- Scaling distributed systems and improve performance across core services.
- Improving developer tooling, workflows, and engineering productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in Go or a similar language.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop senior engineers.
