Manager, Learning & Research

The Manager, Learning & Research will implement program evaluation strategies, acting as a liaison to assigned partner projects to develop, iterate, and execute program evaluation designs. The manager will support the analysis of data collected from partners and translate findings to internal project teams. They will also create data collection tools, provide secondary data analysis support, and manage the data repository. Additionally, they will support research initiatives by communicating with stakeholders, assisting in data collection design, and contributing to reports. The role involves collaboration with various departments, continuous learning, and creating training for team members.
