As a full-time TalkNow Provider with TimelyCare, you will act as a primary form of emotional support for students and members. Responsibilities include acting as a primary support & triage for incoming TalkNow sessions (via phone, video or chat) to support members with a person-centered, strengths-based approach. You will also provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support as needed. Collaboration with students to develop care plans, progress care, and conduct risk assessments is required. Appropriate documentation of sessions, assessments, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) is essential, as well as adherence to HIPAA and communication standards.
