Program Manager, Global Markets

About the Organization:

• CHAI is a global health organization working to save lives and reduce disease burden in low- and middle-income countries by supporting governments and private sector.
• We have expanded from HIV to include malaria, tuberculosis, COVID-19, non-communicable diseases, and more, with a diverse team across over 40 countries.

The Role:

• As Program Manager, Global Markets, you will lead key diagnostic market-shaping activities for the SUPREME programme and other priority areas.
• You will design and implement supply- and demand-side strategies, lead negotiations with diagnostic companies, and coordinate with global and country teams.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You have 8+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, investment banking, or pharmaceutical/diagnostics industry, with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• You are an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to excellence, able to manage multiple tasks and build relationships quickly.
