Senior Solution Architect and Technical Lead

Element is looking for an experienced, permanent/full-time Solutions Architect/Technical Lead who will design and lead the technical implementation of an oversight and monitoring solution designed to detect misleading or abusive marketing. Serving as the primary architect for a comprehensive fraud detection system that analyzes marketplace enrollment records and ad-library signals to identify potentially fraudulent agent brokers. As a member of this project, you will help ensure the delivery of healthcare to millions of Americans by monitoring and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical team planning and track system integration tasks across all solution components. Design and implement the Hybrid Detection Engine combining rule-based and ML-based anomaly detection. Ensure adherence to AWS best practices and CMS compliance standards throughout development. Coordinate between technical team members and CMS stakeholders. Architect the end-to-end data flow from ingestion through detection to case management. Oversee integration of disparate data sources Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions. Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of the overall solution.
