Kalkulant (m/w/d) Bauwesen

Umdasch is seeking a Kalkulant to create bid calculations for general contracting projects. Responsibilities include calculating based on service specifications, obtaining quotes and creating price lists, technically reviewing subcontractor bids, conducting contract negotiations with subcontractors, and preparing the awarding of construction services. A technical or commercial education in construction is of advantage. Good IT user knowledge (MS Office, MS Project, AVA software such as ORCA) is required. Very good German language skills are required and good English language skills are an advantage. Analytical and logical thinking skills as well as a high affinity for numbers are expected.
