Neukundenakquise von Großprojekten im Bereich Innenausbau / Baumanagement / General Contracting  / Real Estate. Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des kompletten Vertriebsprozesses: Akquise --> Angebot --> Abschluss. Bearbeitung und Entwicklung einer Neukundenstrategie. Verantwortung für die Kundenentwicklungsphase und die Erschließung neuer Märkte. Aktive Marktanalyse.

The job involves holistic management and handling of complete construction projects up to final project handover in performance phases 6-9 and responsibility for budget and schedule compliance, invoicing and change management as well as cooperation and coordination of all internal and external project participants to create construction schedules and conduct construction meetings and be the contact person for all project questions and communication with the customer.

Kaufmännische Begleitung unserer Projekte sowohl debitoren- als auch kreditorenseitig, u.a. mit folgenden Schwerpunkten: Stammdatenpflege in den Warenwirtschafts- und CRM-Systemen Durchführung des Bestellwesens Koordination des Materialflusses im Warenwirtschaftssystem Überblick über die Dashboards der zugeordneten Projekte Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, externen Partnern, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern Allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben
