Senior Product Manager, Marketplace Payments

As a Senior Product Manager, Marketplace Payments, you will play a crucial role in ShiftKey's mission to transform access and integrity in the workplace through streamlined financial interactions, focusing on the critical ecosystem governing payments between care professionals and facilities in our digital marketplace. You will ensure professionals are paid promptly, facilities are invoiced accurately and on time, and payment systems integrate seamlessly with internal FP&A workflows. Your responsibilities include owning and evolving the payment infrastructure and invoicing experience, communicating a clear roadmap, leading continuous discovery, leveraging build vs. buy decisions, and collaborating with your product trio to define outcomes. You will also lead your team through rapid iterations, develop deep domain expertise, support pilots and beta programs, partner cross-functionally, take full ownership of delivering outcomes, and foster strong team dynamics.
