Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support Re:link's operational team in delivering and continuously improving global Re:link financial, operational, and technology processes to provide exceptional client service. Your key responsibilities include managing scheduling of client-consultant interviews and catch-up calls, preparing client information packs for consultants, and reviewing and triaging client and consultant queries. Responsibilities also extend to supporting client assignments by managing conflict checks, overseeing contract signatures, preparing templates, and handling communications. You will schedule calls between consultants and sponsoring partners and update records for billing. The role also involves supporting operational projects and business development activities. Experience in supporting an operational team, preferably in a global professional services firm, is ideal. This role offers remote working with occasional travel to the London office.
