Senior Art Director

The N2 Company is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Art Director to join our award-winning Marketing team. This role is uniquely positioned to leverage your extensive design expertise and passion for cutting-edge technology to shape the future of our 800+ hyper-local magazines’ visual storytelling. You’ll play a pivotal role in exploring the use of automation and AI in template and magazine design, particularly using Adobe InDesign. Develop and execute compelling visual layouts / templates for our magazine, ensuring consistency with content, brand identity, and editorial vision. Oversee the design and layout of many of our 800+ monthly magazine editions, ensuring high-quality standards and creativity are maintained. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Manage and collaborate closely with Designers, content creators, and the Marketing team to create visually engaging layouts that enhance the reader experience. Explore and implement automation and AI tools in the design process, particularly with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Express. Experiment with and evaluate new design techniques and tools to streamline production processes. Work closely with junior Designers to create cohesive and captivating visual narratives.
