Financial Planning, Business Cases & Project Economics:
- Build business cases and economic models for new projects, regions, and capital investments.
- Partner with commercial and operations leads to pressure-test project economics before capital is committed.
- Prepare monthly performance reviews linking financial results to operational drivers.
Treasury & Cash Management:
- Manage weekly cash positioning and 13-week rolling forecasts per country.
- Oversee payment execution and working capital planning aligned to crop-cycle seasonality.
- Handle FX management and bank relationships in partnership with the Treasurer.
Controls & Back Office:
- Enforce approval matrix, budget compliance, and internal control testing.
- Roll out ERPNext across treasury, procurement, and controls modules.
- Manage local accountants and set standards for quality and consistency.
