Job Description

The Data Insights Manager is a business-facing individual contributor who builds trusted dashboards and translates data into actionable insights for GTM, Product, and Finance. They align on consistent metrics, validate health scoring models, and deliver executive-ready narratives that drive adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue efficiency. Partnering with RevOps, Product Analytics, Data Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, and FP&A, they surface trends in funnel performance, ROI, forecasting, and planning to help leaders make confident, data-driven decisions. As Data Insights Manager you will collaborate with Revops, Marketing, and Product on the GTM & Product metrics framework with clear, trusted definitions and calculations; ship role-based BI dashboards/scorecards; deliver executive-ready insight readouts; standardize pre/post measurement and ROI methods; partner with Marketing/Sales/RevOps on shared funnel and SLAs; collaborate with FP&A on planning; and partner with Data Intelligence to improve data quality.
