Senior FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities. This position reports directly to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and will be responsible for building and maintaining financial and operational business models, analyses and metrics that lead to insightful and accurate business decisions, and supporting financial close and reporting processes. The analyst will develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. They will own and maintain assigned areas of financial models such as select revenue streams, COGS, operating expenses, or workforce management. They will also analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management. The role involves conducting variance analysis and preparing financial reports for executive, board, and private equity investor audiences. Furthermore, the analyst will collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical and strategic support. They will support decision-making processes by providing financial analysis and insights. The analyst will utilize data tools such as Power Query and Power BI to efficiently transform and analyze data, and seek solutions to improving financial close, forecasting, and data analysis processes.
