Senior Contracts and Legal Manager (f/m/d)

The Commercial Operations team is focused on enabling organic and inorganic growth through contract management and negotiations, compliance management, management of legal and related services and operations, and management and mitigation of risks for the company. The primary focus of the role is to support the work of the Adaptavist Germany General Counsel with contract and legal matters, specifically contract reviews and negotiations. Independently review and negotiate legal terms of commercial contracts, work on RFPs, tenders, compliance questionnaires, maintain documentation, provide peer reviews, and work with process specialists who manage IT systems. Compliance support, data protection and privacy, DORA, and e-commerce directives are key. Develop and maintain an understanding of the company's business activities, corporate privacy policies, and applicable privacy laws/regulations; Monitor, track and assess relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
