About the Role:
- Lead HDVI’s internal claims team, providing guidance and direction to direct reports.
- Be adaptable to business demands and assist with special claims projects.
- Participate in building a best-in-class claims operation.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic file management plan that achieves optimal file resolution.
- Implement strategies to improve file quality, customer service, and manage costs.
- Handle customer escalations, removing roadblocks, and collaborating with others.
What You Have:
- 5+ years of Property & Casualty claims management experience.
- Extensive experience across all technical areas of Commercial Auto; Trucking preferred.
- Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
