Business Analyst

Porter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires healthcare experience and familiarity with Salesforce and Athena EHR systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, conducting data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning, implementing and optimizing Salesforce and Athena EHR systems, providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, and monitoring project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
