Essential Functions:
- Leadership & Team Development: Owns the end-to-end technical vision, contributes production code, mentors engineers, and helps with hiring to build a high-performing team.
- Product-Minded Technical Leadership: Translates product goals into technical roadmaps, makes build vs. buy decisions, and partners closely with Product Management on PRD reviews.
- EDR Domain Expertise & Methodology: Requires deep familiarity with major EDR platforms like CrowdStrike or SentinelOne to define detection ground truth, confidence scoring, and calibration methodologies.
