Responsibilities:
- Lead data governance, master and reference data initiatives that improve data quality and operational effectiveness.
- Identify, assess, and resolve data-related issues and risks impacting business operations.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure data changes are validated and operationally ready before deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of Data Governance principles, frameworks, and stewardship practices.
- Experience with RDM, MDM, metadata management, and data quality disciplines.
