Senior Front End Engineer - React/Typescript

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to help shape tools, architecture, and technologies for a large-scale micro frontend ecosystem.
• You will take ownership of complex technical initiatives and drive projects from planning through delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Lead team-level projects and translate ambiguous guidance into clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop shared frontend capabilities including design systems, project templates, deployment pipelines, analytics, and observability.
• Participate in code reviews and promote high-quality development practices across the frontend community.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with proven project leadership.
• Hands-on React development and familiarity with TypeScript and micro frontend architecture.
• Strong communication and technical decision-making skills, especially with undefined requirements.

Benefits:

• Annual base salary of $112,900–$188,100 plus performance incentive up to 10%.
