What You'll Do:
- Execute roadmap planning across customer-facing platforms, backend systems, CRM tools, and risk management systems.
- Drive product discovery, requirement gathering, and feature definition across multiple departments.
- Improve internal processes through automation opportunities and system enhancements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected annual salary range of $170,000 - $200,000 with up to 20% discretionary performance bonus.
