About Felix:

In this role, you will:
- Run the day-to-day flow of production, orchestrating weekly project plans and daily schedules.
- Own concept and output review, performing first-level QC on scripts, edits, and story flow.
- Manage and grow Felix's creator bench, recruiting and coordinating creators and UGC talent.
We are looking for:
- Someone with 5+ years in creative project management, production, or operations.
- A proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment.
- Experience building or running a creator, UGC, or content pipeline at volume.
