Sr. Software Engineer, Platform

As a Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that drive Hiro’s developer platform, such as blockchain data, token metadata, ordinals, and Chainhook-2.0. Work on Chainhook-2.0, a high-performance and reliable transaction indexer, ensuring high performance and reliability of APIs and data pipelines, optimizing endpoints, databases, and caching to handle increasing load with low latency and high uptime. Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to plan and implement new features end-to-end. Write thorough tests, participate in code reviews, and monitor production systems as needed, debugging across services to maintain stability and security.
