What We Are Looking For:
- A hands-on Full Stack Engineer to take prototypes to production-grade web applications.
- Work spans real-time train tracking, crew scheduling, guest seating, and shift equity monitoring.
- LLM-powered features will enhance tools with automated narratives and plain-English insights.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Transform manual spreadsheet logic into reliable web applications from backend to frontend.
- Build secure integrations against third-party workforce management APIs and implement live data streaming.
- Deploy and manage your own applications on cloud platforms like Azure.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience with Python, C#, or Node.js, and React/Next.js.
- Strong relational database skills (PostgreSQL) and experience with REST and LLM APIs.
- Ability to deploy applications independently on cloud platforms without dedicated DevOps support.
