As a Client & Partner Success Manager, you’ll provide high-touch, responsive, and strategic support to partners and ensure visibility of their priorities. You’ll act as the bridge between them and our internal teams, assuring clear communication, follow-through on deliverables, and long-term satisfaction. Build high-trust partner relationships through clear, value-driven communication and action. Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound partner communication across all channels. Monitor all client-related projects, updates, and deadlines and work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track. Advocate for partners internally and keep teams aligned on client priorities and expectations. Prepare reports that provide visibility on project progress, client sentiment, and relevant KPIs.
