Job Description
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and culturally aware Localization QA/Testing Manager to lead linguistic and functional QA testing across multiple languages, devices, and markets. This role is essential to ensuring that our localized user experiences are accurate, contextually appropriate, and culturally resonant across the globe, and that our QA testing efforts are aligned with our overall Quality Program strategy. You will manage QA workflows and tests, run multilingual content audits, and partner with localization program managers and regional stakeholders to evaluate quality and cultural fit across clients' products and platforms. You will work under the Localization Quality Program and collaborate closely with localization and testing vendors, product teams, engineers, and market experts to ensure delivery of world-class experiences.
