People Relations Partner

In this role, you'll review and resolve sensitive employee concerns and investigations, conduct complex investigations with legal support, and provide recommendations on accommodations and leave matters. You'll also drive accountability on organizational health issues, partner with various teams to bring an employee experience lens, and provide training on employee relations topics. Additionally, you will support the creation and maintenance of employee relations policies and processes, ensuring effective and accurate data management. They are looking for someone with employee relations experience, knowledge of ER legislation, investigation skills, and the ability to partner with legal teams.
