Consumer PR Manager

We’re looking for a talented Consumer PR Manager who’s passionate about their craft and excited by what we’re building at Monzo. Reporting to the Senior Brand PR Manager, you’ll support the execution of the consumer PR strategy, ensuring alignment across campaigns and initiatives. You will lead and deliver creative campaigns in collaboration with in-house teams and agency partners. You will also manage a proactive press office by handling media enquiries, crafting messaging, and writing compelling stories. You'll create high-quality content including press releases, opinion pieces, interviews, Q&As, and messaging. You will drive PR strategies and implementation for product launches, milestones, and key consumer moments. You will monitor, evaluate, and report on media coverage to assess performance and demonstrate ROI. You'll work cross-functionally to uncover data-driven stories, pitch to media, and stay ahead of industry trends.
