Enterprise Agent Solutions Developer

The Enterprise Agent Solutions Developer will be the hands-on expert responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered automation and agent-based solutions to drive efficiency across enterprise SaaS business systems. You will independently design, prototype, and implement scalable & intelligent automation solutions that streamline cross-functional operations—spanning finance, sales, marketing, Legal, and HR—by integrating LLM-powered AI agents with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other SaaS platforms. You'll Design and implement AI agents (LLM-driven copilots, taskbots, or autonomous agents) for real-time business process support and automation; develop conversational interfaces, context-aware workflows, and agentic task execution using LLMs like OpenAI GPT-4, Gemini; build prompt frameworks, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and fine-tuned models as needed for enterprise use cases. You'll also develop end-to-end automated workflows by orchestrating tasks across systems; leverage and extend platforms like Workato & Zapier; integrate APIs, webhooks, and data services; and manage existing agents and changes needs from governance and audit perspective. You'll partner with business stakeholders and application owners; translate business pain points into AI/automation solutions with clear measurable outcomes; present prototypes, run demos, and gather iterative feedback; rapidly prototype AI solutions; and maintain high standards for automation quality, resilience, security, and observability.
